2. Who we are

OneTrade Research™ is a SEBI registered Research Analyst (Reg. No. INH000029971; BSE Enlistment No. 7498), promoted by Ajay Murade, with registered office at 880, Shilnath Camp, Indore – 452003, Madhya Pradesh, India.

3. Nature of services

We provide research services across equity cash, index (Nifty / Bank Nifty), commodity (MCX) and F&O segments. We do not provide portfolio management, implementation services, broking execution or fund handling.

4. No assured returns

We do not offer any assured, guaranteed or fixed return, nor any capital-protection product. Market risk always remains with the investor.

5. Client responsibility

• You are solely responsible for your investment and trading decisions.
• You should decide according to your financial situation, objectives and risk appetite.
• You may consult your own financial adviser before acting on any research view.

6. Fees

Fees, plan scope and validity are communicated through a written agreement and invoice. Fees are charged for research services, not for returns.

All content, research notes, logos and material on this website are the property of OneTrade Research™. Reproduction, redistribution or resale without written permission is prohibited.

8. Prohibited use

Use of this website for any illegal purpose, misinformation or market manipulation is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability

Subject to applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from market movement or from your trading decisions.

10. Grievance redressal
