Most Important Terms & Conditions (MITC)
The key terms on which our research services are provided.
These Most Important Terms & Conditions (MITC) govern the research services provided by OneTrade Research™. Please read them along with our Terms & Conditions, Disclosures, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Investor Charter.
1. Parties
This arrangement is between OneTrade Research™ ("the Research Analyst" / "we"), a SEBI registered Research Analyst, and the client ("you") who subscribes to our research services.
2. Nature and scope of services
- We provide research services only — research reports / research views on equity cash, indices, commodities (MCX) and F&O segments.
- We do not provide portfolio management services, investment advisory with implementation, broking execution, depositary participant services, or any fund handling.
- We do not execute trades on your behalf and never operate your demat, trading or bank account.
3. Risk and no assured return

- Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. Read all related documents carefully before investing.
- We do not provide any assured return, guaranteed profit, fixed return or capital protection. Any such promise, if made by anyone claiming to represent us, is unauthorised and should be reported to us and to SEBI.
- Past performance is not indicative of future performance.
- Derivatives involve leverage; losses can exceed the capital deployed.
4. Eligibility and onboarding (KYC)
- Clients must complete KYC before subscribing to any paid research service.
- Required documents: PAN, Aadhaar (front & back) or other officially valid documents, photograph, bank proof and a signed MITC / service agreement.
- Onboarding is done through our Client Onboarding process.
- We do not onboard clients who cannot be risk-profiled or where suitability cannot be established.
5. Fees, payment and invoices
- Fees are charged for research services, not for returns or profits.
- All payments must be made only through banking channels (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS / UPI) to our official account published on the Fee Payment page, or through the Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) of RAASB, if applicable.
- We never accept cash, and we never ask for your trading, demat or bank login credentials or passwords.
- A GST invoice is issued for every payment. Please retain it.
- Plan scope, validity and fees are as stated in the written agreement / invoice shared before onboarding.
6. Suitability and risk profiling
Recommendations are shared keeping in view the risk profile and suitability assessment of the client. Where a product or strategy is complex or high-risk, we provide additional guidance and caution notice.
7. Conflict of interest and disclosures
- Any holding or financial interest of the Research Analyst, its associates or the research analyst team in the subject security is disclosed in the relevant research report.
- Where a third-party research report is distributed, any material conflict of interest of such third party is disclosed, or a link to the relevant disclosures is provided.
- We maintain an arm's-length relationship and do not receive any consideration linked to your trading outcomes.
8. Research report: distribution and confidentiality
- Research reports are distributed to clients without discrimination.
- Reports remain confidential until released in the public domain; onward circulation without written permission is not permitted.
9. Data privacy
Client information is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We respect data privacy rights and take reasonable measures to protect confidential information from unauthorised use.
10. Grievance redressal
- Complaints may be filed directly with us at support@onetraderesearch.com or +91 9244087600. We acknowledge every complaint and respond within 21 days of receipt.
- If unresolved, you may approach SEBI SCORES 2.0 (scores.sebi.gov.in) and, thereafter, the SMART ODR platform (smartodr.in).
- Complaint status is published on our Complaint Status page and updated by the 7th of the succeeding month.
11. Exit, termination and refund
- You may discontinue the service at any time as per the terms agreed.
- Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy. Fees for services already delivered are not refundable, and no refund is made on the basis of market outcomes.
12. Investor responsibilities
- Always deal with a SEBI registered Research Analyst and verify the registration number on www.sebi.gov.in.
- Read all disclosures in research reports before acting.
- Pay only through banking channels and keep signed receipts / invoices.
- Do not share your trading, demat or bank credentials with anyone.
- Inform SEBI about anyone offering assured or guaranteed returns.
13. Limitation of liability
Subject to applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from market movements or from your investment or trading decisions taken on the basis of our research.
14. Amendment and governing law
We may amend this MITC from time to time; the updated version will be published on this page. This document is governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, without prejudice to your rights under applicable SEBI regulations.
15. Acceptance
By subscribing to our services you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this MITC.
